About Us

Jaz has graduated from the FIT College (WA campus) and is a member of Fitness Australia.

Jasmine Robins (owner and primary trainer) has always been interested in fitness and health,
having some challenges in her own past and coping best with a demanding schedule when fit.

Her year 12 was crammed with an in school traineeship, extension of Marine science to embrace
a recreational skippers ticket, running her own small business as well as state level rowing!!
Fitness was an absolute requirement.

Pursuing her artistic side with her own floristry business for several years Jaz then embraced
her fitness passion by training as a personal trainer.

Now she brings a sense of realisation and empathy to her clients.

Personal training 1 on 1 sessions….$40 for 30 minutes | $60 for 45 minutes (recommended) | $80 for 60 minutes

The reason we recommend 45 minutes is to include warm up, stretch and cool down – if you chose 30 minute session you will get best value if you do your own stretching and warm up before commencement so you can get the most out of your 30 minute session.

Group Training (max 6)… at $20 per person for 30 minutes or get your own group together (max 5) for $60 for 30 minutes – great for family or friends to get together and save!!

There is a requirement to a self assessment of health and agree with terms and conditions prior to commencement – we recommend you consult your health professional before embarking on a fitness program.

What to bring – your enthusiasm!! Towel, water bottle, closed in shoes. Trainer will have sun screen and matts/equipment as needed for program.

Gift Vouchers – best present ever!!  Personal training is just that – 1 on 1 personal, so no matter how (un)fit someone is, they can gradually be coaxed into fitness and health. If you already have a healthy lifestyle, then you can join group sessions for fun and fitness maintenance.

How to pay – EFT preferred, but cash accepted – discounts are offered for bulk payments in advance – ie for 10 sessions a 10% discount is applied for advance payment. See terms and conditions for cancellation/refund/time limit policy.

How To Get Started

In order to make the most of your training time and to ensure we provide a safe and customised experience we will need some paperwork completed prior to your first session.

3. Email details of your requirements and preferred times etc – along with a contact number so we can discuss
4. Submit payment EFT (pre payment for several sessions in advance enjoys a discount)
